Meet the Founder

G. Everett Claybon

A career built at the intersection of people, technology, learning, operations, and creative work.

Everett founded PureAlign Life after decades of working where technology meets real human needs. His career has moved through military electronics, field engineering, enterprise technology, customer support, training, project leadership, workforce operations, healthcare advocacy, publishing, multimedia production, and human-centered AI adoption.

The common thread is simple: understand the system, understand the people using it, remove unnecessary barriers, and turn complexity into something useful.

Founder & AI Generalist

Technology has changed. The human problem has stayed remarkably familiar.

Across each stage of Everett's career, the challenge has rarely been technology alone. The harder question is usually whether people understand the tool, trust the process, know what is expected, and can use the system to accomplish something meaningful.

That perspective began in the United States Navy, where he served six years as an Electronics Technician Petty Officer Third Class and maintained radar, communications, navigation, meteorological, and other mission-critical electronic equipment. It continued through field engineering, enterprise networking, technical support, customer operations, and technology training.

Over time, his work expanded from keeping systems running to helping people perform better within those systems. He developed training programs, coached employees, managed projects, analyzed productivity, supported customers through complex problems, led workforce operations, and translated technical or policy-heavy information into language people could actually use.

PureAlign Life grows out of that same pattern. Artificial intelligence is new technology. The need to help people understand change, make sound decisions, protect human judgment, and turn tools into useful outcomes is not.

Selected Career Evidence

Experience measured by what improved.

Everett's career includes work in learning and development, operational analysis, customer advocacy, workforce leadership, project management, and technology adoption. The examples below use documented or employer-reported results and preserve their original context.

Learning & Development

At Affiliated Computer Services, Everett designed and facilitated a two-week transition program for approximately 300 employees that achieved 95% retention at the 30-day mark. He personally trained approximately 600 employees during the Motorola-to-Sprint organizational transition.

Productivity Analysis

He designed an Avaya-based productivity-analysis process across approximately 600 employees. After nonproductive behaviors were reduced, Everett was informed that recovered productive labor hours represented more than $4 million in operational cost savings. That figure was employer-reported, not personally calculated.

Workforce Operations

In a ManpowerGroup client assignment, he managed and trained a workforce of approximately 150 employees, sustained a 98% fill rate against client staffing needs, and improved PPE compliance by 10% through consistent pre-entry checks and enforcement.

Customer Advocacy

At Highmark Health, annual performance reviews reported sustained results of 95% SLA resolution, 98% customer satisfaction, and a 15% reduction in escalations while he helped members navigate complex healthcare administration.

Employee Engagement

In his current workforce role, Everett supports onboarding, retention, employee relations, communication, reporting, and process improvement. His 2026 mid-year review rated his performance Above Expectations and recognized growth, initiative, structured complaint resolution, and willingness to assume additional responsibility.

Technology Adaptation

His technical history spans Navy electronics, Unix systems, AS/400 environments, enterprise networking, desktop support, Avaya analytics, Microsoft 365, Power BI business-user reporting, low-code workflows, digital publishing, and current generative-AI systems.

Why PureAlign Life Exists

Human purpose should remain at the center of technology.

PureAlign Life is not built on the idea that everyone needs to become a technologist. It is built on the idea that people should be able to understand the tools affecting their work, creativity, organizations, and opportunities well enough to make informed choices.

Human-Centered AI

Useful before impressive

Everett develops AI-assisted workflows for research, documentation, communication, business planning, content development, and operational decision-making with human review kept at the center.

Workforce Education

Teach the person, not just the tool

He created the AI Opportunity Workshop with facilitator curriculum, participant materials, responsible-AI exercises, prompt tools, and a 30-day implementation plan designed for practical adoption.

Accessible Communication

Clarity is part of the product

PureAlign Life develops plain-language and accessibility-aware materials for audiences with varied technical experience and has supported paid projects involving stakeholder coordination, training materials, presentations, multimedia, revisions, and delivery.

Author • Publisher • Creative Producer

Technology is only one part of the story.

Everett is also the founder of Harmony Zenith Publishing, where he manages fiction and nonfiction projects from concept through writing, editing, production, publishing, distribution, and promotion. His creative work includes books, multimedia, original music, storytelling, educational resources, and intellectual-property development.

This creative background matters to PureAlign Life because many people do not come to AI with a technology problem. They come with an idea, a message, a book, a service, a program, a career question, or a business they are trying to move forward.

PureAlign Life combines technical understanding with communication, learning, project discipline, creative development, and business systems so those ideas can become clearer, more useful, and more sustainable.

Education & Professional Development

A foundation of technology, learning, and continued adaptation.

Information Technology

Associate of Science in Information Technology, Sanford-Brown, 2015. Magna Cum Laude, GPA 3.82.

United States Navy

Six years of honorable service as an Electronics Technician Petty Officer Third Class, including Advanced Electronics Class 'A' School.

Generative AI Development

Applied training through Outskill's Generative AI Mastermind covering generative-AI fundamentals, prompting, custom GPTs, agentic workflows, no-code automation, application workflows, and generative media. This supports Everett's applied AI-adoption work and is not presented as an AI engineering credential.

The Work Today
